• 100% Smoke-Free Property – Sea Spray Resort is a 100% smoke-free environment, including all rooms, private patios, balconies, and public spaces. This includes vapes and marijuana products. A cleaning fee of $500 will apply if this policy is not observed.

• Pet Policy – For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask pet owners to follow the guidelines below during their stay. While Sea Spray Resort is proud to welcome well-behaved pets in select accommodations, we ask that all pet owners adhere to the following policies to ensure a serene and enjoyable experience for everyone on property:
  • General Guidelines
    • Pets are not permitted in public areas, including the pool deck, courtyards, or any green spaces around the property.
    • We kindly ask that all pet walking and relief be done off-property.
    • Guests must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.
  • Noise & Behavior
    • Pets must always be kept quiet and under control.
    • Pets left unattended in the room are the responsibility of each guest. Guests will be required to return to property to address any issues that might arise from unattended pets.
    • Any noise complaints (such as barking or disturbances) may result in additional fees, removal from the property, or termination of the stay without refund.
  • Liability & Damages
    • Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets during their stay.
    • Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if needed.

• Quiet Hours – for the comfort of all our guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Parties, loud music, and gatherings are not permitted on the property.

• Pool Policy – Relax, unwind, and enjoy responsibly. We invite you to enjoy our beautiful pool area as part of your Sea Spray experience. To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
  • Pool Hours
    • The pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
    • Please be respectful of quiet hours and your fellow guests when using the pool in the evening.
  • Safety Notice
    • No lifeguard is on duty — swimming is at your own risk.
    • Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
    • Running, diving, or rough play is not permitted for safety reasons.
  • Security & Monitoring
    • Security cameras are in place for the safety of our guests, but are not actively monitored 24/7.
    • Please report any concerns or incidents to our staff immediately.
  • Noise & Courtesy
    • Personal speakers are not permitted in the pool area.
    • Please keep conversations and music at a low volume to avoid disrupting other guests.
    • Help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere Sea Spray is known for.
  • Cleanliness & Conduct
    • Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.
    • Food is not permitted in the pool area.
    • Proper swimwear is required.
    • Please rinse off before entering the pool
    • Towels are available in your unit — please bring them with you and return them after use.

• Occupancy Guidelines
  • Maximum occupancy varies by unit type and is listed in your room description.
  • All guests must be registered at the time of check-in.
  • Additional guests beyond listed capacity are not permitted without prior approval.

• Payment & Incidentals
  • A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
  • A refundable security deposit may be held to cover incidental charges or damage.
  • Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise arranged.

• Parking – One complimentary parking space is included per reservation.

• Wi-Fi & Connectivity – Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included with your stay.
